Join us to take in the wonderful natural scenery on the rivers & canals of Cambridgeshire and the truly unique beauty of the Fens, coupled with historic, vibrant Cambridge, steeped in history and culture.
We have 2 boats moored in the most amazing locations, which have everything you will need to keep you comfortable and cosy - including double beds, central heating and wood burning stoves, a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, Netflix and much more

She is 44ft long Cruiser Stern Narrowboat and a perfect size to easily moor & navigate - even for complete beginners.
Our beautiful Cruiser Stern Narrowboat, is 44ft long and the perfect size for couples. She is simple to operate, moor & turn even for a beginner and is fully equipped - all you need is food & drink plus a sense of adventure
She has plenty of outside space, a separate cabin with a 6ft wide master bed, full central heating and a wood burning stove which makes her super comfy and cosy.
Why not moor for your 1st evening in Jesus Green, have a picnic by your boat on the river bank, dinner on board with a fully equipped kitchen or amble up to see the historical sights of Cambridge which are a stones throw away & dine in one of it's numerous restaurants.
Your holiday route is your choice - you could stay for another night or cruise towards Ely, St Ives or the wonderful open space of the Fens - the only problem is there is too much to choose from.
But whatever you choose, will be beautiful and a holiday of a lifetime

We meet you at our home mooring at the Lazy Otter in Streatham - only a 2 hour cruise to Ely and 1 day to Cambridge or St Ives. We then give you the warmest of welcomes, all the training you need and after that, its up to you to get ready to make some amazing memories!

WOW!! At the age of 83 I thought I had experienced most of life's activities, that was before I climbed aboard New Moon, a narrow boat moored in Cambridge. The interior of the boat had been planned thoughtfully, with comfort and luxury in mind. Following instructions, the boat was easy to manage and we were soon underway enjoying the scenic route and waving a happy Hello to passing by cyclists, joggers and walkers. It was a fantastic break and one to be repeated ASAP!
